West Brom v Liverpool (1330 BST)

This is a Sunday match, and maybe by this time Liverpool would have learnt that they can't win the league.

But Rafael Benitez's team are very professional and will try to get as many points as possible from the last two games.

West Brom have scored six goals in their last couple of home games and won them both, but I think Liverpool will be too strong for them.

Verdict: 0-2

Chelsea v Blackburn (1600 BST)

Chelsea will be either warming up or cooling down ahead of the FA Cup final. Manager Guus Hiddink may choose to rest players, but he will still want those on show to do a professional job.

I don't think the Blues can afford to have some OK performances and then expect to perform well at Wembley against Everton.

Blackburn are safe and manager Sam Allardyce can plan for next season.

Verdict: 2-0

MONDAY

Portsmouth v Sunderland (2000 BST)

Sunderland may still need something for guaranteed survival, but by virtue of Hull and Boro's results on Saturday they may be feeling a lot more comfortable by Monday.

Portsmouth are probably now thinking what will happen to them over the summer in terms of the finances. From the outside looking in, it doesn't look great at the moment.
